The tools on this site handle sensitive numbers. Here is exactly what happens to them — and what never does.
Nothing on this site checks your credit. The calculators ask for a credit range you pick from a list — never your Social Security number, your exact score, or your employer. Using them affects nothing.
The planning calculator runs entirely on your device. What you type is kept only for your current visit and evaporates when you close the browser, unless you deliberately tick “Remember my numbers on this device”. The refinance calculator remembers your entries on your device for convenience and has a visible clear control. Nothing reaches us until you press a send button.
Exactly what the form shows: your name, how to reach you, and the numbers you chose to share. That's the whole list. We never sell your information, never share it with advertisers, and this site runs no third-party trackers or analytics — there is nothing here to follow you around the internet.
If you ask for scheduled check-ins, you pick the channel (email, text, or call) and the rhythm (monthly, every two months, quarterly, or “only when I reach out”), and we record the moment you opted in. Say stop once — by any channel — and you're marked do not contact: a hard stop our tools enforce, not a preference we try to remember.
Ask, and we permanently erase your contact record, its entire history, and your website submissions from our live systems immediately. Rolling backups age out within 14 days, which is the outer bound on how long any erased data can survive anywhere.
Ask directly — a person answers, and “delete my data” is a request we honor, not negotiate.
